Neutrik specials

Have you used any of the more unusual connectors in the Neutrik catalog in recent years? We all run into their XX series XLR connectors, and obviously SpeakOn connectors (watch our Speakon Video), but that’s only just the beginning. In this video we’re taking the first steps into a series where we’ll be looking at and talking about a load of Neutrik’s lesser known and more special use case connectors. This time we only scratch the surface with ConvertCON, Silent Plug & another with a transformer built in. In the next part we’ll make them into full cables and see how they work. If you have a recommendation for a specific type of cable you like to use when making your own cables, please leave it in the comments below the video.

Neutrik has an absolute ton of other audio connectors beyond the usual XLRs and 1/4″ connectors. Stay tuned and let us know if there is a connector you’d like to see covered in a future video.

Re: a quick 2021 Channel Update

Thanks to everyone for the support and messages regarding the channel update. Rest assured there are plenty of videos in the works. A number of videos have been finished and in the queue now for months, delayed by postponed product releases. A few folks lately have asked if they can still get DcSoundOp stickers. Currently, stickers are available through Patreon only. When you first join the five or ten dollar tiers, enter your address and you’ll be sorted.
