In this episode of the ‘What’s in YOUR Kit’ series, we’re joined by Ryan Cooper who works primarily in the theatre audio world. Showing off three almost separate kits today, we get to see the general audio tools Ryan might carry for a corporate or music job, as well as the computers and tablets he carries (like most of us do) in a separate backpack.
What most of us probably don’t carry though, is a second pelican case dedicated not to a microphones, but to mic rigging accessories specifically setup to make placing small microphones on theatre talent easier. Ryan has a bit of everything here and is truly prepared for any situation that might arise in micing an actor night after night on stage.
