You’ve got to sit somewhere.

In this video we’re taking a first look at the Cozy Roadie packable crew chair that ships easily in a standard road case. We first met Michael & Barbara back in January at the 2019 NAMM Show in California. We found their booth by chance & got to see their chairs in action first hand. In the months since, they were very nice to send over a chair for us to try out and test. After daily use here in the shop for a number of months, it’s time to send it on the road. I’ll be passing the chair along to some friends who travel the country doing corporate work weekly. We’ll let them put it to the test and check in along the way to see how they get on.

For now, check out our first look video. I’m heading to Florida this week for InfoComm where I’ll be catching up with Michael and Barbara again in person. Be sure to leave any questions you have for them in the comments. I’d love to have some of your questions and comments to share with them when we meet.

My current office chair & one that I see on jobs often is the Basics Classic Mid-Back .  If you’re looking for a good functional chair that will absolutely need replacing in the future, this the standard. The light weight and compact size provide excellent aerodynamic properties when thrown on top of a truck pack or off the dock into a dumpster.

For this video I’m using the Lectrosonics PDR (Personal Digital Recorder) Lavalier kit. Stay tuned for a full review now that we’re back from using them heavily at InfoComm2019. Check out all the details about this awesome little units at Lectrosonics.com.
