Panama International Film Festival:

This week is a departure from the usual, so if you prefer the technical videos, I hope you’ll catch back up with me on the next video.

I’ve been out of town for the past two weeks working on a film festival down in Panama City, Panama. It’s my third year going to the festival and this year was an even bigger success than the last. As I’m there to work, I simply don’t have time to make my typical technical videos, but I didn’t want to go two weeks without an upload.

I put together this quick look at what we were up to & what it was like to work this type of job. Audio gigs come in all shapes and sizes and cinema sound & film festival audio are some of my favorite areas to work. If you’ve got any questions, feel free to ask them in the comments below here or on the video.

I’m working on more videos right now and have some great stuff lined up in the coming weeks, thanks as always for watching!

  1. Really nice! Was that all go pro and iPhone? What do you use to edit your videos? Cool gig. Would love to know what you used for P.A. (both in the theater and outdoor screen) including amps, wireless, board, etc.
